Free live music is back at the Levitt Pavilion! Round up your lawn chair, pack up your picnic basket, and head to Downtown Arlington for a full weekend of concerts, kicking off Friday with a legendary Levitt fan favorite, the one and only Brave Combo. 

Since 1979, this Denton, TX-based quintet has perfected a signature sound and distinctive world music mix of salsa, meringue, rock, cumbia, conjunto, polka, zydeco, classical, cha cha, the blues,  and more. Brave Combo is “America’s premier dance band” and a rollicking, rocking, rhythmic global journey — as one critic noted, “Even if you come for the party, you’ll leave with something of a musical education.”

Opening for Brave Combo is local music artist Tito Strange, a talented multi-instrumentalist who is noted for his personal style of “emphatic” drumming, a craft he’s been honing since he first began performing in 2007. Over the years, he’s worked on projects across a range of genres, recording on albums and performing around the world. Tito’s Levitt appearance is made possible by support from the Arlington Tomorrow Foundation; the Levitt’s 2022 free concert series is sponsored by Baylor, Scott, and White Orthopedic and Spine Hospital- Arlington.
